Our goal is to make sure your Eden experience is seamless from start to finish. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and refund policies.
Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders within 1 business day of being received. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with an electronic tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
State Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all state and federal guidelines regarding hemp-derived products. Due to certain state restrictions, we cannot ship the following products to these locations:
THCA Products: Cannot be shipped to:
- Arkansas
- Idaho
- Minnesota
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
Delta 8 Products: Cannot be shipped to:
- AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS, MT, NV, NH, NY, ND, OR, RI, SC, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV
Orders placed to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you don’t, you have 2 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
- Returns are for the product price only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original invoice amount.
Damages or Issues?
We’re sorry if something’s not right with your order! Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice:
- Damage
- Defects
- Wrong items
We’ll act fast to make things right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If your order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@edendistro.com. Orders cancelled before shipment are not eligible for a refund.
