Account Management

Certain services may require you to create an Eden account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping your credentials secure. Eden reserves the right to deactivate accounts for unauthorized use.

Product Acknowledgement

Eden offers hemp-derived products including CBD and THCA to customers 21 and older. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local laws regarding Eden products. Our products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use caution if subject to drug testing or if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Consult a physician before use.

Service Payment Terms

By purchasing Eden products or services, you authorize payment processing via your selected method. Refunds are provided solely at Eden’s discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

Eden's websites, content, and services are proprietary. Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification is prohibited. Feedback provided to Eden can be used without obligation or restriction.

Age Restrictions

Eden prohibits the sale of any products or services to individuals under 21 years of age.

Eden is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or transactions. Use of such services is at your own risk. Review third-party terms carefully.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Eden reserves the right to correct errors or omissions on the website or services without prior notice, including pricing and availability updates.

Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from engaging in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct while using Eden's website or services. Eden reserves the right to terminate accounts violating these prohibitions.

General Provisions

These Terms, alongside Eden’s Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eden. Eden provides services “as is” with no warranties. Eden’s liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eden and its affiliates harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of services or products.

Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

All disputes are governed by North Carolina law and resolved via binding arbitration in Wake County, NC, administered by NAM. No class actions permitted. By using Eden's services, you waive jury trial rights and agree to individual arbitration.

Terms Modifications

Eden may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of Eden services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
